Roe Roe Roe Your Bagel at Bubbie's Plant Burgers at Plant Food Lab — Natalie's Review (Mar 30, 2024)

I really liked this it was super flavorful. I have never had roe before going vegan so I’m not sure how close it resembles the real thing but I enjoyed the flavor. The vegan roe was salty, sweet, and nutty. My only complaint is that there was way too much black pepper and it overpowered everything else.
