Overall this was a decent product. I like that it's shelf stable so you can keep it on hand for quick meals and emergencies. The texture is soft and somewhat chewy which is good, and it's a good source of protein and calcium. The flavor was okay but it's a little too salty. There was also a weird layer of fat stuck to the lid when you open the can which was kinda gross but the product itself doesn't seem to be high in fat. This can be used in pasta dishes, wraps and sandwiches, salads, etc. Overall, good product.
