This was a small batch plantain dough empanada filled with soy chorizo, black beans, onions, and 🌱-based cheddar cheese. Served with your choice of sauce: guasacaca, garlic aioli, or habanero aioli, house garlic sauce with spicy habanero peppers for a bold kick. (Gluten-free)
