A friend gave these to me. I love the single portion packaging for taking on the go. These are literally just a handful of salted & pitted manzanilla olives. No brine, so you don’t need to worry about spills. Just tear open the package at the tabs and dig in, or shake onto whatever dish is calling for it. They are a bit on the salty side, but it pairs well with the olives.
One (30g) package has 55 calories from 5.5g of fat and 1g of carbs.
I don’t know how much these cost from Trader Joe’s, but will update when I find out.

My daughter's love these! I buy so many at once I think they think I am crazy but it's a great snack to carry around for #type1diabetes as there is no need for insulin when eating ☺️
