I had first found these on sale in July of ‘22 at Mom’s. I had not yet seen something so small and nutrition packed while also sounding yummy until I laid eyes on this. Bananas, pineapple and almost like a light cherry flavor (perhaps this is the cashews and dates) mingle together to create this wonderful frozen smoothie. I did notice a very slight taste of spinach. However, I did not notice the chia or flax as the texture is very smooth and creamy.
One 3.5 ounce (104mL) container provides 100 calories from 3g of fat, 18g of carbs and 2g of protein.
I found this on sale again this month at Mom’s for $2.59, regularly $2.99.
