I picked up a couple packages of Alpha Plant-Based Crispy Meatless Chicken Patties from Grocery Outlet. As usual, I got a deal. They were $2.99 each. This store truly passes the savings on to the customers!
I pan-fry my patties without any oil or spray. They don’t stick to the pan and always come out crispy. I absolutely love the taste of these patties. They certainly have a chicken flavour.
Each patty contains a lot of fibre, iron vitamin B12, niacin and a slew of other vitamins and minerals. I don’t think the sodium content is too bad.
I would definitely get these again, especially at the fantastic discounted price at Grocery Outlet.
