these were some cool nachos tbh. they had pico, queso, smokey bbq pulled mushrooms, pickled jalapeños, sour cream, and scallions.

i liked how all the ingredients came together and i thought it was very unique. the smoked mushrooms and bbq sauce were an unexpected but good addition to the nachos. i liked that the jalapeños were pickled; they added some spice and that nice pickled flavor. also loved the scallions on top!!

the chips held up pretty well but got a bit soggy towards the end. i also could have used a bit more toppings compared to the chips but it’s not like i was eating plain chips or anything. these were very unique and i enjoyed them a lot!
