This is vegan pastry genius! As the name implies, it’s a croissant and a muffin. It’s more like a croissant in the shape of a muffin and it’s huge (that’s a dinner plate in the picture), with a yummy vegan cream/custard hiding inside. They’re sourced from a local vegan bakery, baked to perfection, and the baker should give a masterclass in pastries. Delicious!
