pina colada cheesecake at Handlebar — aubrey :)'s Review (Mar 23, 2024)

i didn’t know handlebar had rotating cheesecakes, but when they were out of the pie pie my darling cake of the month i decided to try this out instead and i am sooo happy i did!

the cashew crust wasn’t my favorite, but it did taste good. other than that, the cheesecake was amazing! the cheesecake was thicker and realistic in texture, packed with an authentic pina colada flavor that totally reminded me of vacation! both the pineapple and the coconut were clearly present within the cheesecake.

the whipped cream was just a basic whip but it tasted like whipped cream which is all that matters. the tiny piece of pineapple added a bit to the presentation and was a nice treat.

i’d totally recommend this cheesecake but it’ll probably rotate out soon, so in general definitely try out a cheesecake if they have one on the menu!
