Very tasty! Great texture and flavor. Very much reminds me of Trader Joe’s meatless bulgogi honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same thing. Good on its own or with accompaniments or mixed into rice, burritos, etc. I enjoyed it on a scallion pancake with kimchi and scallions. Highly recommend.
