This #babaganoush was perhaps one of the more interesting ones 🍆

it is slightly #sweet, sweeter than i expected, but it’s the #teriyaki sauce in the babaganoush — interesting to me, there is a #soysauce kinda taste but in a more sophisticated way! slightly salty, #savoury, sweet💚🤤👍🏼

and the texture is GREAT, i loved spreading it on #bread and it’s really beyond words 100/10 for me — interesting fusion between #middleeastern food with a #japanese take 🍶🍞
