This is hardly a nutrition bar. I like #organic ingredients but hell the first ingredient is syrup. 9g added sugar 12 total in a sub 300 calorie, 4 bite bar that tastes like taffy. I was picking it out of my teeth. This is candy with protein.
Needless to say I'd never buy this if not getting it half off, an #abillionbuck waiting, a long walk home with nothing else. It's not cheap at $3.25. Not good value, not a healthy food imo.
