Jackfruit Pulled Pork at St. Elsewhere — Le Raton Saveur's Review (Mar 16, 2024)

This open-faced pulled jackfruit sandwich is tasty and tangy. It’s loaded with a good amount of veg on top of “Gouda” and tasty slices of toast.

It’s a very substantial dish even though jackfruit is typically quite low in calories, so I think they balanced this really nicely to create a filling meal.
