This was very tasty! Two #snickerdoodle #cookies with creamy #horchata #icecream in the middle. There was a bit too much ice cream in my opinion, as the cookies were my favorite part! They were so soft and chewy. This had a very strong #cinnamon flavor which I love. Good as an indulgent treat!
