This is a super cute, plant-filled #supportlocal cafe that serves air-roasted, direct trade #coffee. They have several organic mylk options (oat, almond, and cashew; the latter two are house-made) that can be added to beverages for $0.30 - 0.60, as well as vegan pecan pie bars and vanilla bean ice cream.
I’m more of a #teamblackcoffee person myself, so I ordered a cup of basic brewed coffee to warm myself up (it was snowing that day!) #coffeelover They had two options available, both medium roast: this house blend and a single-origin from Papua New Guinea. The barista suggested the Cypress blend, saying it was a bit smoother. I thought it was a little tart at first, but I started to enjoy it after a few sips.
Definitely recommend checking out this sweet little cafe. It’s warm and inviting, and it’d be a great place to read, study, work, or catch up with friends. I enjoyed the natural light in the sunlit nook, but there were more tables and seating in the back, as well an outdoor patio that would presumably be lovely during warmer weather. I look forward to returning when I’ve moved! #omaha
