#sweet and #tasty pre-cooked beetroot. Not ‘earthy’ tasting, which is great as I prefer a semi-sweet beetroot (but ideally without vinegar added like this one)! Buy this regularly for #salads and beetroot soup. Only need to add caramelised onions, garlic, diluted vegetable stock and a little coconut milk to make a great soup!
