Parma, Italy at Melt Bar and Grilledpicklesnickels's Review (Mar 8, 2024)

This is from many summers ago, but the first time I actually enjoyed vegan cheese. This is deep fried tofu with a sweet marinara and vegan mozzarella on crispy Texas toast. The bread is always toasted perfectly. They have so many vegan options. It's a once in a while splurge. Also pictured is the summer salad with watermelon and cucumbers and the best IPA; Tropicannon.
