Ignite at Pure Kitchen Kanata — Le Raton Saveur's Review (Mar 7, 2024)

I had high hopes for this bibimbap dish and was a tiny bit disappointed. There was a lot of cold cauliflower rice and shredded carrots, and not enough flavourful kimchi, tofu, and sauce.

I still enjoyed it but left a lot of the cauliflower rice and carrots behind in the end, which I felt terrible about but it was just a bit bland once the more flavourful components were gone.
