CJ Bibigo Plant-Based Vegan Kimchi by Bibigomerlaw's Review (Mar 6, 2024)

This is the second time I’ve tried this kimchi. It is extremely sour. It’s overly fermented and the cabbage has lost most of its crunchiness. It would be useful for kimchi stew or pancakes though.
