Very tasty, but quite dense lemon cake. Really lovely lemon flavour; and very soft and moist, but no rise. Very filling!
Love the Bosh recipe books and think their contribution to making a vegan diet more accessible to all has been immeasurable; so would still buy their products even if they were not good 😂 Got to support the cause!
But can honestly say that, despite this not being what I expected, I would buy it again.
More like a lemon drizzle loaf cake than a sandwich sponge (which the round shape would indicate).
