Review of Vegan Mac and Cheese at Blue Diamond by littleredmushroom

Mac and cheese is such a comfort food. I enjoyed this with my huge amount of broccoli for a very filling comforting meal! The #macandcheese was very saucy and creamy and even had a second sauce to pour over. I ordered it #glutenfree , so nice to have this option!
It was more saucy than cheesy, soymilky and chive saucy if you know what I mean. At first it tastes a little weird to me and wasn't sure but with the broccoli it was yummy, more like a creamy pasta dish rather than Mac and cheese. A good option for sure :)
