Most of your vitamins B in one go. I bought these at Boots in Dublin Airport together with the vitamin D. They are definitely cheaper in Ireland than in Italy. The tablets are quite big so somebody might find them hard to swallow. One other thing: they turn your pee a bright neon yellow!! It was a bit of a shock at first, I thought that there was something wrong with me ! But then my husband said he noticed the same thing so we knew it was the tablets 🤦🏻♀️
