Bibimbap at Ha-Jun Korean — Charllotte's Review (Feb 28, 2024)

Terrible service! Ordered their bibimbap on Grab self-pickup (requested for no meat and egg). When I went to collect my order, there wasn’t even any mushroom in my food (I love mushrooms and ordered this dish because of the mushrooms even if without meat). Tried to clarify with the lady at the counter and was told ‘no mushrooms’. I further pointed to the picture on their menu which clearly showed mushrooms and she rudely replied ‘no no, no mushrooms!’ The rice also only came with kale, carrots and raddish but picture on their menu has several other varieties of veggies such as lettuce, cucumber, beansprouts and seaweed (swipe to see photo).. rice portion was pathetic too. $7 for THIS. What a scam! This will be my first and last time buying from them.
