By far, my favorite harvest bowl thus far. Asparagus risotto with a sage and squash sauce. I love how fresh everything looks when it's frozen. They freeze fresh after picking and you can tell! I also love how they puree the sauces, then freeze into little cubes. They melt and stir right in.

Even though these are frozen, they do not taste like your typical frozen meal from the grocery store. Fresh, organic, minimally processed. I am loving how easy this is, but also feel like I'm eating good!

P.s. sorry about the ingredients photo. Can anyone help to explain how to scale down the photo and save it? Mine just goes back to the same size.
