this breakfast sandwich was a lot better than the other one i ordered on this day. i have similar complaints about the sandwich fillings not reaching the edges!! stop making me eat plain bread, cheese, and ham 😭

the sautéed onion, smashed maduros, and spicy aioli definitely helped make this sandwich a good experience. although most of the flavor was still packed in the center of the sandwich (including my tiny egg patty 😔) i feel like the other components were able to pull through.

overall, this tops the other breakfast sandwich i had but i’m not 100% sure i’d recommend it based on the filling issue.
