These ice cream sandwiches were exactly what I’ve been looking for for years!!
They were great although I was expecting the cookies-&-cream flavor… these ones were more like vanilla ice cream and chocolate cookies to me.
Also, I thought they would be a bit creamier BUT I would definitely buy them again next time I crave vegan ice cream sandwiches.
