Review of Beetroot Gazpacho at Reform Kafé by stevenneoh

Reform is a chic little all-vegan joint nestled inside a boutique hotel. And they serve up phenomenal eats 😃 I thought this #beetroot #gazpacho topped the lot. It had more viscosity than you sometimes get with this dish, and it suited the underlying flavours to a tee 🙂 It leaned heavily on the #raspberry, which gave it this tangy, fruity, joyful undercurrent, and which worked unexpectedly well against the softer mood music of #basil, #oliveoil, and various herbs.

I don't think the lightly toasted #bread on the side did much for me at all, but I'm never one to turn down #garlic 😛
