Scrambled Tofu on Toast

Woolies Cafe

I love that Woolies Cafe has added it on to their menu. It really is amazing to be able to have convenient breakfast options when I'm out shopping. However, it is a bit dry. Considering woolies food makes such an incredible plant based tofu to purchase, I'm surprised that they have just used that at their cafe.
