Un piatto davvero delizioso, con sapori perfettamente bilanciati che per me supera pure la classica, sopravvalutata carbonara!! 
Porzione abbondante e consistente quindi se avete intenzione di prendere anche altri piatti vi consiglio di dividerla con qualcuno.
