Review of Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Gnocchi at Spirit Elephant by ohgeorgia

I could eat gnocchi for every meal and be satisfied 🤤

The sauce on this is out of this world delicious, so much so that I'll be trying to figure out a copycat at home. Absolutely incredible. The vegetables were a nice complement and everything tasted great.

Only complaint was the gnocchi - the texture and taste weren't great and almost felt like pre-packaged gnocchi from the supermarket (which, not horrible, except that the dish was $22...).
