Vegetable XiaoLongBao at Mama’s Dough — ploopy/sarah's Review (Feb 19, 2024)

it was very slightly disappointing because there weren’t actually any soup in it (i knowwww…), but the flavor and texture made up for it!
it’s honestly super unique, i’ve never tried any filling like it…not sure exactly what it is, but it had a lot of vermicelli noodles and was on the sweeter side (but still savory!)
the dumpling skin was very nice and i believe they’ve won an award or got featured in some newspaper for their pork #xiaolongbao, so i’m not surprised by that!
customer service is good and i was so excited to see veg xiaolongbao here! i’ve eaten here when i was younger and i thought i would never be able to go back after going vegan, so this just made me super happy :))
