I couldn’t pass up a great deal on this shelf-stable #mylk — 2 cartons for $3 at Safeway. Aside from a mild fruit-like aftertaste, it is one of the most realistic I’ve tried, with both flavor and consistency closely mimicking dairy. It has some interesting ingredients, including pineapple juice, which I’ve never seen before in any plant-based milk. It’s also enriched with #vitamins B12 and D for more complete nutrition. #ditchdairy #dairyisscary

This stuff is definitely #creamy and works well in coffee, overnight oats, and smoothies. Soy is still my top pick for its higher protein content, but I was impressed with this smooth, great-tasting blend. I’m glad they’ve gone shelf-stable; it’s definitely convenient for someone with my limited fridge space.
