I found some blog posts with lists of Vegan things you can find at trader joe's to try.
When I spotted this I had to grab it. Although it wasn't marked vegan on it and a lot of Trader joe's vegan items are marked. After seeing it on a post and on here I went with it.
They come in a tin can. Once opened, the icing is in a bag and the pastry is lined to cut in a straight lined. Which means you can't mess up with portions.

My son and I loved these! They were gooey and sweet! My oven is weird and I may have over cooked them a bit which made them harder, I simply microwaved one 30 seconds and it was soft.
