This tofu had an interesting texture and a great taste. I used it in a vegan omelette; the overall dish didn't work out well but I can assure you the tofu is not to blame (just bad luck in the kitchen). The best part is that it doesn't need refrigeration. Alrhough it's the first soft tofu I've tried for now, I feel like it has a lot of potential. I would repurchase.
I got it at a little shop in London but I'm afraid don't remember the name.
