When my husband opened these to make his bean dip for our super bowl party which will only be he and I, they were very dry and hard to get out of the can. Also they have 4 grams of fat, I guess since they are made with avocado oil. Anyway, we haven’t eaten our dip yet as it is still morning so we’ll see. Still I love companies that make vegan food.
