Unsweetened Coconut Flakes by Bob's Red Mill — Liz Maselli's Review (Feb 8, 2024)

Bob's #coconut flakes are a staple in my pantry. I love to top my yogurt, fruit bowls, #oatmeal, cereal, etc with them. I prefer the texture of the thicker pieces like these over the shredded ones. They're less gritty and I feel like they have a stronger coconut flavor and Bob's has no preservatives. I get mine at Fresh Thyme or Kroger. The bag lasts a long time as I don't use too too much at a time and each bag has 19 servings. One bag is about $4.99. These are also unsweetened and are great for coconut bacun!
