Good Day Pasta Ruffles Vegan Cheddar boasted as being the BEST vegan Mac and cheese. The pasta cooked up nicely, very tender texture. The cheese powder cooked up very smooth. I used Country Crock Avocado Butter and Chobani extra creamy oat milk. The flavor was okay. I did add hummus to it and for lunch the following day, I added some mashed sweet potatoes. 😋 It made a lot!!!
I’m still a fan of Daiya Mac& cheese and of course there’s nothing like homemade Mac and cheese. So many awesome vegan recipes.
