Review of Woodfired Vegan Margherita Pizza - Plant Kitchen (M&S) by srina-p

Great supermarket own-brand vegan pizza.
Quick cooking time (from chilled).
Good balance of flavours.
The basil pesto complements the rich tomato based sauce really well.
The vegan cheese tastes good, and the texture is ok, however it doesn't really melt
... if oven temperature is too high (or if the pizza is overcooked), then the cheese tends to crispen up almost like filo pastry with the texture.
