I'm an absolute idiot so of course I dropped it right after taking the pictures 😚
So good though, an exciting find! I loved this cake as a kid. So it's a bit difficult to replicate a vegan version because the original has quite a strong honey taste (Bienenstich = bee sting in German 🤓), which this one obviously didn't have, it was mainly just sweet.
It was still very nice though (and of course I ate the whole thing in one evening 💅🏻), especially the cream was super delicious though. Good spongy consistency of the dough, too.
Love to see this brand branching into quite a few vegan alternatives 🍰
