I bought these a while back but forgot to review them. Taste pretty good, but are not my favourite. They have a good amount of protein and are fortified with vitamins. As with any processed simulated meats, there is a long list of ingredients. I like to keep them in the freezer when I'm in the mood for quick snack with some Ketchup.
Also great value - this box is $10 and has quite a bit. I would buy again.
