At time of purchase, it was a hot summer’s day in the South of France (times like this i kinda miss the sun), so i opted for a refreshing smoothie for lunch. It’s everything you would expect from a smoothie, a blend of fruits and veggies. This one’s got bananas, pineapple, mango, spinach and orange juice. Refreshing and filling.
Auden in Montpellier places focus on prepping healthy meals. They’re not fully vegan, but pretty much all the items on their menu have a vegan and non vegan version. Salads, wraps, juices shakes and smoothies, some hot food as well i believe.
