Tastes pretty nice and you can tell there is like a “meaty” taste for sure + the vinegar, it is great

But it isn’t the traditional type or style of dumplings that I’m used to eating, be it the Japanese #gyoza or some of the dumplings from south of China… it looks a little sad and the skin was thicker and chewer than i personally like 🥟
