Prive — Impossible Satay

Oh this was really tasty, sweet, sticky “satay” wrapped with #Impossible “beef” — would not say that the texture is of a typical skewer, but the taste is pretty spot on and the charred taste is 😍😋

the stick is a lemongrass piece and does impart some flavour to the meat as you eat it to the core + sauce is decent, a little spicy, but not made of #peanut 🥜

I will say that the shape is for sure NOT what you imagine of as a satay which is thin little meat skewers, something like 🍡(not a satay, but close enough). looks more like a drumstick 🍗 if anything hahaha

lastly, the slightly tangy pickle is also one great treat in my opinion, really making it so easy to want more 🥒
