Brunch Bliss Burger at The Bye and Bye — pdxveg's Review (Feb 6, 2024)

This consisted of an herby, meaty animal-free Before the Butcher sausage patty, fluffy JUST Egg 🐔🥚-free patty, melty 🐮🥛-free Field Roast Chao cheese, rich and creamy sausage and mushroom gravy, and sriracha maple sauce on an English muffin. Served with tortilla chips and salsa. The mix of creamy, meaty, savory, sweet, and 🔥 was very satisfying.
