This cheese is good heated over a bagel or cold on a sub. It has a clean cheesy taste but tastes better when my nose isn't so stuffed up. #smokedgouda

I love to combine it with hickory smoked Tofurkey slices on a ciabata roll and some bbq sauce!! 😄😋
