Review of Garden Pizza at Oak & Vine Restaurant by eviex

I could have made this at home… But it was nice to find a few enjoyable vegan options on the menu here. Made with fresh ingredients: tomato base, whole tiny button mushrooms, capsicum, spinach, and vegan cheese topped with fresh rocket and basil pesto. Given the setting and the price ($23.5) I think I had expected a little more creativity and slightly better execution for a vegan pizza. The base was a little disappointing; tasted like it might have been a bought one. And the vegan cheese was shredded out of the packet and hadn’t had enough time to melt properly. On the plus side, the portion was generous!
