Review of Pesto ceasar - BBQ Tofu at Roots Natural Kitchen by lizmaselli
This is becoming one of my favorite bowls 🥣 at Roots. I hadn't tried the BBQ #Tofu protein with this before, and I think I prefer the miso tofu bowl. I believe the #BBQ Tofu version is $1 more, but it's still $1 cheaper than the meat version. Win. This is probably the "hardest" bowl to make vegan because it comes with two dressings, one being a non vegan Caesar. I just left it off. It also comes with cheese, and I subbed it with #avocado. It also comes with lime pickled onion, crunchy pita chips, tomatoes ( they forgot them, lol), sweet potato, kale, and bulgar grain. This large bowl was $12, delicious, and extremely #healthy. I wish this was here when I was at OSU. It was so hard to find vegan options when I was on campus, but I love that students now have so many.
