this tofu is tofu scramble HEAVEN!! i was happy with the texture of this tofu and found it made some tasty and texturally appropriate scrambled tofu. i’m happy with the protein content and the size of the block is generous (as opposed to some packages which give you a tiny block of tofu in a giant container 😕💔). this is definitely becoming a meal-time staple!
