these are vegetable balls in the way veggie burgers aren’t vegan meat substitutes. i find them delicious and satisfying, but i wouldn’t use them as an exact meatball replacement if i’m looking for something that tastes and feels like a meatball.
i am not, however, looking for an exact meatball replacement so these are wonderful! they’re packed with veggies and i definitely feel like i can taste them. they are very well seasoned and although they’re just vegetables in a ball, they pack a homemade and thoughtfully crafted punch. the bag comes with a ton and i even find my nonvegan family members eating them !🤞😇
