take a tea bag and add to your favourite cup add hot water and allow the tea to brew for 3 to 5 min either take out the bag or allow to sit in the water till finished dont swallow the tea bag though that would not be funny.
i did notice on the ingredients that they have added natural flavourings - not sure if these are actually needed and are they actually beneficial for us as we dont know what they consist of are they truly natural ???
